To us, this means excercising sympathy and empathy when unforseen circumstances make it necessary to accommodate our client's changing travel plans. During the current disruption caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland, we are making every effort to ensure that our clients are able to rearrange their tour at their convenience, or make refunds in line with our published cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we are aware that some larger operators are imposing harsh ultimatums and penalties on their booked customers in the current situation. This is not the way Welsh Dragon Tours operate. Our word is our bond.

SINGLE TRAVELLERS. We welcome single travellers. Reasonable supplements may apply.
LATE AVAILABILITY. We are able to arrange bookings at short notice. It is probably best to telephone us on +44 (0)1286 831818 if this is the case.
ACCOMMODATION. All our accommodators are vetted by ourselves and are licensed and graded by the Wales Tourist Board (Visit Wales) which is a department of the Welsh Assembly Government. We use 4* Guesthouses to 5* Hotels which are of an excellent standard.
PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Welsh Dragon Tours treat any information given to us in the strictest confidence and adhere to the UK Data Protection Act which means no information will be passed on to any other parties other than services involved directly in providing the Tour without the express permission of the client.
Guests are advised to take out Comprehensive Travel Insurance as standard. As Operators we are governed by The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and carry standard liability cover. In the unlikely event that Welsh Dragon Tours have to cancel a holiday programme, a full refund of all money paid in advance will be made. All direct payments are held in total on our client account prior to tour dates.
WELSH DRAGON TOURS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE PROGRAMME in the event of adverse weather conditions or problems with attractions which are out of our control. We make every effort to keep fully to the itinerary as advertised - if not in the same sequence.
BOOKING TERMS IF YOU ARE BOOKING DIRECTLY, a deposit of 10% only (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking for tour start dates 8 weeks or more in advance (the balance is, therefore, due 8 weeks prior to travelling with us). For tour start dates 8 weeks or less, the full cost of your tour is required at the time of booking.

56-28 days prior to the date - 25% payable
27-14 days - 33% payable
13-7 days prior to the date - 50% payable
6-2 days - 75% payable
Less than 2 days 100% payable
Visitors are once again reminded that they should arrange comprehensive insurance prior to their vacation.
PAYMENT METHODS Final details will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you at least 14 days before your tour start date.

2. By Post or by Credit Transfer into our Bank Account. Cheques made payable in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, to Welsh Dragon Tours.
