  Enjoy the splendour of all of Wales, its fascinating history, culture and scenery. Coal mines and castles, slate quarries and breathtaking beaches, mountains and myths. Our driver will be your companion, guide and guardian angel throughout your tour.

We can arrange pick up from anywhere in Wales and England (reasonable supplements apply, dependent on location). Travel North to South or South to North if booking your tour exclusively for your party. The choice is yours, at no extra cost.

Suggested sequence for The Grand Tour is as follows:- Cardiff, capital of Wales and a city on the move.You will see The Senedd, seat of the Welsh Assembly, The Millenium Sports Stadium, The Millenium Arts Centre, The revitalised Cardiff Bay waterfront and Cardiff Castle tracing its history back to Roman times. Enjoy a medieval banquet within the castle walls.Take the Coal Mining Heritage tour and visit the legendary and evocative mining home of The Rhondda Valley.

Swansea, birthplace of Wales literary giant Dylan Thomas, namesake of the son of film actress Catherine Zeta Jones, another famous name hailing from this charming city by the sea. Spend a whole idyllic day exploring the natural beauty of The Gower Peninsula.

Stay at St David's, Britain's smallest city, and home to the cathedral dedicated to the only British patron saint to have been born in the country of their patronage. It is thought that the saint is buried in the cathedral but this is uncertain. Visit the lovely Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal national reserve in Britain.

Travel with us along the coast, through the university city of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, where Wales national hero Owain Glyndwr called a Welsh Parliament to assemble in defiance of the English king.

In the North, make your base the ancient walled town of Royal Caernarfon.Stroll around the quaint streets, sample the delights of one of the oldest inns in Wales and visit the towering castle, built by Edward I of England.

Tour Snowdonia, its mountains, lakes, waterfalls and picturesque villages and towns. Visit Beddgelert, a village completely surrounded by mountains where a charming legend is still recounted about Prince Llewellyn and his faithful hunting hound.

Cross the Menai Straits to Anglesey (Mother Island) and see some of the most beautiful landscapes on earth and spend the day at Portmeirion, in the Llyn Peninsula the magical Italiante village and gardens created by Welsh architect Clough Williams-Ellis.

Visit the Queen of the Welsh resorts, Llandudno, with its attractive Promenade, Great Orme - a site of great geological interest with an outstanding example of a copper mine which can be toured with professional guidance. It was whilst on holiday in Llandudno, Charles Dodgson better known as Lewis Carroll met Alice Liddell who provided the inspiration for the world famous children's stories of Alice's Adventures.

Travel back through the Spa towns of Wales, through the Brecon Beacons and visit ancient sites of history and mystique.
