We do not deliver our services through any 3rd Parties.
We communicate directly with you, publish the prices of our tours and provide your tour ourselves; so you have no nasty surprises!
As a result we have been successfully operating for 19 Seasons.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING TERMS:
a deposit of 10% only (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking for tour start dates 2 months or more in advance (the balance is, therefore, due 2 months prior to travelling with us). For tour start dates 2 months or less, the full cost of your tour is required at the time of booking.
WELSH DRAGON TOURS
provides a highly personalized service, making recommendations, and aiming to accommodate the special requirements of our clients prior to finally reserving your tour dates. However, please remember that your tour is NOT BOOKED until we have received at least a deposit of 10% of the total agreed cost.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
59-28 days prior to the date - 25% payable
27-14 days - 33% payable
13-7 days prior to the date - 50% payable
6-2 days - 75% payable
Less than 2 days 100% payable
Visitors are respectfully reminded that they should arrange comprehensive travel insurance . We carry full business liability insurance. However, there has to be a valid reason for cancellation which has to be proved.
PAYMENT
Due to the current policy of card issuers regarding 'Customer Not Present' transactions, notably within the tourism industry sector, we accept payment by International bank transfer. Our long standing business banker is HSBC, so your payments are safe and secure. We provide our IBAN details on request to complete payment. We are a registered Tour Operator with the Welsh and UK Tourist Boards.

Method of Payment
*International Bank Transfer.
We will provide our Bank details in a formal invoice and send a receipt as soon as payment is received.
*Sterling Cheques
Our pricing is quoted in Sterling (GBP), and ruling exchange rates will apply at the time of payment. Handling charges may be applied by your bank or card issuer.
